Donna McLean is an RN, BSN, MBA, a licensed registered nurse in Georgia and Michigan and a Certified Case Management Administrator. Ms. McLean has extensive clinical experience as a critical care RN and nurse manager, as well as progressive leadership experience in hospital case management as case manager, director and vice president. She has been as a sole-proprietor consultant assisting hospitals in the development and enhancement of case management services.

As co-founder and managing partner with DSE Associates Donna has realized the dream of assisting hospitals across the country to better understand, build and utilize the unique abilities of a dynamic case management team in accomplishing their goals. A native from metropolitan Detroit, Donna promotes case management as a patient-centered and cost-sensitive tool that engages the entire healthcare team. She has created and implemented tried and true strategies that are at the heart of building the best case management departments nationally.

Stephanie Morish RN, MSN is the brainstorm behind the development of DSE Associate as co-founder & managing partner. She is licensed as a professional registered nurse in the states of Illinois, Georgia and California with a diverse clinical and managed care experience.

Stephanie’s clinical experience began as a temporary employee at The University of Chicago Hospitals and Clinics providing a wide range of clinical experiences that include clinical practice in blood banking, hematology, oncology, neurology, cardiothoracic and vascular nursing, and transplant and cardiovascular rehabilitation services. Stephanie has years of progressive leadership roles at in large urban health care systems to include Grady Health Systems in Atlanta, Georgia. She has managed care experience and has served in the capacity of interim management/ healthcare consultant designing and transforming case management programs. Stephanie has professional and business affiliation with various organizations that has contributed to her development and growth. Stephanie?s formal education is from Lewis University in Romeoville, Illinois. She is shy of completing her Doctorate in Strategic Leadership (concentration in organizational consulting) from Regent University in Virginia Beach, Virginia.
